- Drive strategy for new acquisition and onboarding flows
- Become our experimentation authority, owning A/B, switchback, and innovative test designs
- Define north‑star metrics for each launch and iterate quickly using data and user insights
- Build something you'll actually use - shape features that you, as a sports fan, can’t wait to play with
- Involve Design and Engineering early, ensuring every stakeholder has a voice throughout the product lifecycle
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing to refine best‑in‑class fantasy sports experiences
- Keep a pulse on market trends and the competitive fantasy landscape
- Embed responsible‑gaming principles into every feature you ship
Who You Are
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Genuine passion for fantasy sports, sportsbook products, or related gaming spaces
- Deep familiarity with experimentation frameworks
- Hands‑on proficiency with Amplitude, Segment, Braze, Appsflyer or comparable tools
- A track record of building growth and funnel products informed by both data and user research
- Talent for turning ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product plans that ship fast
- Experience optimizing paid media and ad‑network campaigns
- Leverage community feedback to generate product insights
